Founder & Chief executive officer, WellWorld Consulting. Offering strategic advisory, market research and board level support to public and private sector clients focused on global health and wellness strategies, policies and solutions. Dr. Isaac was most recently Vice President of Global Health Services for Johnson & Johnson, in New Brunswick, New Jersey. In this role, Dr. Isaac directed the development of health and wellness strategies, policies, guidelines, and services worldwide (Occupational Medicine, Employee Assistance Program and Wellness). Dr. Isaac was also the Chief Medical Officer for Johnson & Johnson’s Health and Wellness Solutions – a company offering comprehensive wellness solutions for employers, health plans, and other organizations.

Dr. Isaac is a pioneer in the field of workplace health promotion and global health, and has introduced innovative approaches to improve the health and well-being of populations. He is a published author in this field and continues to research population health interventions, using rigorous scientific methods to ensure that these interventions deliver meaningful outcomes. His broad view spans the fields of clinical medicine, behavior change technologies, and economic analyses. Dr. Isaac is an outspoken champion of prevention and health promotion and achieved remarkable success within Johnson & Johnson – gaining senior management support and funding for health improvement initiatives for all Johnson & Johnson employees worldwide.

In addition to developing and implementing programs that have led to significant risk reduction in the employee population and resulted in proven savings to Johnson & Johnson, Dr. Isaac has taken important leadership positions in the public policy arena among employer groups and government officials. Through his engagement with the Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) and Life Science Innovation Forum (LSIF), he was instrumental in the development of an action plan addressing non -communicable disease for member countries as well as the establishment of a mental wellbeing road map for the region. Dr. Isaac received his medical degree from Ain Shams University Medical School (Cairo, Egypt), certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine in 1991, and earned a master of public health degree in Occupational Medicine from the Medical College of Wisconsin in 2001.

He is a fellow of ACOEM, where he chairs the Corporate Health Achievement Award. Dr. Isaac was the co-chair of the Gold Standard Task Force – CEO Roundtable on Cancer, and was the industry Cochair of the Life Science and Innovation Forum - APEC. He currently serves as an executive board member on the Health Enhancement Research Organization (HERO), Advisor to The Harvard School of Public Health SHINE Committee, and most recently as a board of trustee, Shore Memorial Health Systems. Dr Isaac received many national and international awards and recognition for his work on Population Health Management. In 2016, he was the recipient of the Global Wellness Institute Award “Leader in Workplace Wellness”
