Workplace Safety and Wellness Now Top priority for Business Leaders in 2021

- A recent survey by Oasis, a Human Resources services provider, has found that maintaining a safe work environment amid the COVID-19 crisis is the top priority among business leaders now. Business leaders now place more emphasis on workplace safety than on talent acquisition and professional development
- For its yearly research, Oasis conducted the national survey of 300 business leaders each with 5 to 99 employees across various industries. The survey tilted "Priorities for Business Leaders: A U.S. Survey," revealed that most respondents (36%) ranked ensuring a safe workplace in light of the pandemic as top priority, above offering competitive benefits (31%), developing employees and future leaders for succession (29%), and attracting a competent staff (28%)
