Leigh Betancourt is the AVP of Solution Consulting at Carrot Fertility, the leading global fertility healthcare and family-forming benefits provider for employers and health plans. Carrot's clinically-managed program includes egg freezing, in vitro fertilization (IVF), donor and gestational carrier services, and adoption. Carrot supports more than 300 companies in more than 60 countries across North America, Asia, Europe, South America, and the Middle East. As a former Customer Success professional, Leigh combines her experience supporting customers with her deep understanding of fertility care to provide in-depth expertise to HR benefits teams as they consider their options for fertility benefits. Leigh comes to Carrot with extensive experience in the consumer health space. Before joining she held positions with Spring Fertility, Reproductive Science Center, and The American Cancer Society.
